Market Crash Scenario

Written in March of 2001, this doomsday fiction sees heartless capitalism replaced by brotherly love. Hmm, perhaps that's a little naive. In any case, here we are seven years later and the greed-mongers have ravaged the market again, much as they've ravaged the earth that feeds it. Meanwhile, a world of frightened little men sits stoically by, waiting for God and the Fed to make it all better.
